Ingredientes:
1 1ata de leite condensadoA lata de leite condensado cheia de leite
3 Ovos
açucar para o caramelo (comprei já feito)
umas gotinhas de essencia de baunilha(acrescentei eu)
Confecção:
Preparar o caramelo, caso não o compre já feito. Espalhar o caramelo no fundo e nos lados de uma forma de pudim (usei uma forma de bolo inglês).
Misturar bem os restantes ingredientes. Despejar o preparado na forma caramelizada, tapar e levar ao forno (180º) em banho-maria, cerca de 45 minutos. Deixar esfriar e por no frigorifico umas horas. Desenformar apenas na hora de ir para a mesa.
